The main building has 3 bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with air con as well and a sofa + fire place, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Independent bedroom apart from the main house with AC and 2 extra beds.
BIKE FRIENDLY:
Secure and covered, room designed specifically for storing bicycles
The porch, equipped with an extra large table provided for numerous guests and the ideal pool to cool off, everything is ready to enjoy and live a beautiful experience in authentic Mallorca.
There's a chicken coop at the top of the property, you can go collect eggs every morning if you'd like!
Large terrace, barbecue, private pool, sun loungers, a garden of approximately 4000 M2 equipped with fruit trees (lemon, orange, banana and much more.

Vacances entre amis Ă Majorque
Le sĂ©jour Ă©tait super, nous avons pu dĂ©couvrir une maison dans un secteur trĂšs calme et avec de bons Ă©quipements. Que ce soit la piscine privĂ© ou encore la terrasse avec barbecue qui nous a rĂ©galĂ© pendant nos vacances. La communication avec lâhĂŽte a Ă©tait trĂšs simple et trĂšs libre sur la remise des clĂ©s Ă lâarrivĂ©e ainsi que pour le dĂ©part. Nous recommandons lâutilisation dâune voiture sur place pour rejoindre le centre de Palma ce qui nous permet dâavoir une maison Ă 20min du centre dans un endroit trĂšs sympa. Merci Ă Chloe pour sa confiance et Ă bientĂŽt.

Ruhe und Erholung mit tierischer Begleitung
Tolle Villa mit Pool, etwas abgelegen, nur mit Auto zu empfehlen. Auf dem RiesengelĂ€nde dabei: ganze HĂŒhnerstall und div. Katzen, Hund sollte dran gewöhnt sein, seht idyllisch, FrĂŒhstĂŒckseier gratis!

Nicht so wie beschrieben
Alles verstaubt, der Grill Platz komplett dreckig, Pfanne im Schrank fast am schimmeln, alte Lebensmittel im KĂŒhlschrank, drauĂen der Tisch mit BĂ€nke teilweise am faulen. Klimaanlage kaputt. KleiderschrĂ€nke dreckig. Wir haben alles geputzt und dann das beste draus gemacht. Aus der Finca könnte man soviel machen. Aber leider wird sie nicht gepflegt. Ich wĂŒrde Sie sofort kaufen. Einziger Lichtblick war Stefan der Verwalter. Super nett und hilfsbereit.
