Can Antich - Villa With Private Pool In Lloseta

The exteriors are perfect for enjoying the views of the town and the countryside. There is an 8 x 4.5 m pool for you to cool off, 6 deck-chairs to relax, and a garden to play or to simply walk around the different fruit trees nearby. There is a porch of 9 m2 with a barbecue where you can cook delicious dishes for your family and friends, and you can enjoy them on the 24 m2 terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a tent.

This 170 m2 house is divided into two floors and accommodates 7 people. There are four bedrooms: one on the ground floor with air conditioning, mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath; and three more double bed bedrooms on the first floor, with air conditioning, too. There are two bathrooms for the rest of the house, one with a bath on the ground floor and another with a shower on the first floor. A crib is available in case you need one. You can relax in the two living rooms of the house: one of them is quieter and equipped with four sofas, satellite and TV; and the other, part of living-dining room with fitted kitchen, has a table, chairs, two sofas and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob-ceramic hob and there is an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine.

Lloseta is a village located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports centres, etc. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, full of textiles, fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, ceramics, etc.

Just a 30-minute drive away, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort, two great spots to enjoy their beaches, eat at restaurants, see the sunset, or just walk around the Can Picafort’s promenade to the port. Es gab so viele Dinge, die man an der Villa lieben konnte. Sie war wunderschön, groß und voller Licht und bot viel Platz, damit sich jeder entspannen und sein eigenes Ding machen konnte. Die Villa war gut ausgestattet mit Stühlen, Tischen, Handtüchern und Liegen für drinnen und draußen. Anders als in anderen Villen, wo wir alles kaufen mussten, was wir brauchten, warteten in dieser bei unserer Ankunft Toilettenpapier und grundlegende Reinigungsmittel auf uns. Die Villa war voll klimatisiert, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren! Die Aussicht auf die Berge war atemberaubend. Obwohl es eine Nachbarvilla gibt, fühlte es sich trotzdem sehr privat an. Die Garage war eine nette Geste, um das Auto kühl zu halten. Der Pool war den ganzen Tag sonnig und die Temperatur war perfekt, man brauchte keine Heizung. Die Dusche am Pool hatte sogar warmes Wasser. Ein elektronisches Tor sorgte für zusätzliche Sicherheit auf dem Grundstück. Die Villa war auch mit Fliegengittern an den Türen ausgestattet, sodass wir keine großen Probleme mit Käfern oder Fliegen hatten. Es gab viel Stauraum für unsere Kleidung. Die Geschäfte waren nur eine kurze 5-10-minütige Autofahrt entfernt.
