The Fleming holiday home is spread over two floors. Immediately upon entering, you'll find an open-plan living area with the dining area to the left, a compact living room, and an open-plan kitchenette with a breakfast nook. The kitchen provides access to the rear of the house, where you'll find the pool, a pergola with a dining table, and a built-in barbecue. Sun loungers for eight people are provided. From the kitchen, you can access the utility room, which houses the refrigerator and washing machine. Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower to share.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which features a second open-plan living area with a TV, a double bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two steps lead to the third bedroom, which has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

In front of the house is an artificial turf garden with a ping-pong table, and under the covered terrace, there is another dining area.

The bedrooms have 24-hour air conditioning.

There is parking space for 2 to 3 rental cars, depending on their size, on the side of the property.
