Villa Es Velar Only Families exudes luxury through every crack, while the fresh and simple architecture of this house built by the owner still cultivates Mallorcan traditions. Newly planted cypresses, along with olive trees and pines, and lush green meadows form the landscape of this walled garden. This villa is highly recommended for families, especially because of the trampoline, football goal, and other play equipment in the garden. Naturally, the estate of this south-facing villa offers an appropriately sized pool with graduated depth, surrounded by a large terrace that extends to the house. After swimming, you can use the outdoor shower with walls and then relax on one of the eight sun loungers: four umbrellas offer ample shade when needed. The house has a covered terrace with lighting and a dining area. This is the place to enjoy a barbecue, delighting your palate with the delicious and intense aromas of fresh homemade Mallorcan products. There is also another outdoor living area on the upper floor balcony of the villa, which offers spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Es Velar. In a very quiet and peaceful location, but an easy walk, cycle or drive into the nearby town. The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed. For us it is all about the outdoor space. The pool was spotless and a huge hit. The outdoor area is excellent, spacious and very well maintained. The outdoor seated area was a lovely spot to grab some shade. This is a great family villa and whilst our kids are older, I reckon this would be perfect for those with young families. The owner is very communicative and happy to help in any way. The only negative we had - when we arrived every door in the villa was open - that meant it took an age to cool the place down and extricate the mosquitos and flies that had entered. Not great after a long day travelling. I know the host meant well, but we are heat lightweights from northern Europe (not to mention good eating for the mozis). A minor issue, but one I hope the owner considers for other guests. Overall, a great villa.
