The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price and costs €150, as stated in the listing. The property is delivered clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

Note 1. Final cleaning fees are not included in the rental price and amount to €150. This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No additional charges will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator before departure.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.30 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Great villa

We really enjoyed staying at the villa. It is beautifully appointed. Communication with Lenka and Joan was brilliant from initial enquiry to our final day. Some more basic kitchen utensils would have been helpful as we like to cook, but we managed. Would stay again.

Wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jade house. The house was lovely and clean, and had everything you might need. It has a couple of perfect outside seating areas as well as a lawn for sunbathing, and it's location is ideal with plenty of restaurants around just few minutes by walk as well as some great beach bars. Joan and Lenka are really quick to respond to any questions I had, and we all hope to be back at some stage.

Our stay in Jade II was wonderful! The home was just as beautiful as the pictures. Everything functioned properly. We enjoyed the pool every evening after returning from sight seeing.Modern and comfortable house, with everything you need There is a supermarket right around the corner - maybe a 5 minute walk! It was awesome! If we needed something, we simply walked over.I recommend it 100%.

GREAT VILLA

We just came home after a great holiday at this house together with our one year old son and my parents. The house was clean and spacious enough for all of us with good working WiFi. The garden is fenced as is shown on the pictures, so we didn't have to worry our son would take off unnoticed. The BBQ and the pool are a possitive point to spend the evenings. As a finishing touch a baby bed and a high chair were available as well. We can absolutely recommend this place!

Lovely villa, short walk from beach and shops

We were 2 families (both with toddlers) that stayed at this property for a week. The property was clean (minus some broken glass we found on arrival which was quickly sorted). The property is a short distance from shops, beach and loads of restaurants and bars which was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped apart from with baby/kids crockery / cutlery which would have been really useful. Apart from that, it was really lovely and I would definitely recommend!

Der Kontakt zu Mallorca Holiday Properties ist sehr angenehm und reibungslos, der Manager Xisco ist da wenn mal etwas sein sollte, die Finca ist sehr schön, bietet Platz für 8 Personen also auch für 2 Familien geeignet, die Lage in Can Picafort ist sehr schön, 4 Minuten bis zur Promenade und Strand. alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bitte eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine in der Küche platzieren. DANKE

Mooi vakantiehuis

Verblijf tijdens meivakantie 2023 gehuurd. Met gezin, totaal 7 personen, dit huis uitgezocht om de ligging en prijs. Het huis heeft niet veel reviews, maar als je deze leest komt het goed overeen. Het is een mooi groot huis met een zwembad die groter was dan ik had verwacht. 4 grote slaapkamers. Mooie badkamers met heerlijke douches. Netjes ingericht en schoon. Beneden is echter geen apart toilet, deze zit in een badkamer beneden dus niet echt prive voor de aangelegen slaapkamer. Gunstige ligging ten opzichte van strand, winkeltjes, autohuur etc. Alles op zo'n 10 minuten lopen. De dagelijkse kleine boodschappen kun je prima lopend doen, echter auto is wel aan te bevelen voor bijvoorbeeld grote flessen water. De dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt was in onze periode helaas gesloten ivm grote verbouwing. Je auto op de eigen parkeerplaats van het huis zetten is er echter niet bij, er staat een grote stroompaal zo voor de uitrit dat deze niet te gebruiken is, dus plekje zoeken in de straat. De locatie is niet voor de echte rustzoeker maar voor diegene die gaat voor enig vertier. Er komt best wel wat verkeer door de straat. Bijna elk huis in de straat waar je langs loopt heeft een hond die je dus ook vaak hoort overdag en s avonds. Er zit een soort school aan de achterkant maar daar heb je in mijn beleving geen hinder van. Kortom wij hebben genoten en zouden zo terug gaan.

Als wir in Hebäude ankamen mussten wir unsere Betten vom Staub befreien. Die Wohnung müsste durchgefegt werden, wo wir ein ganzes Kerrblech voll Staub und Dreck hatten.

Nice villa 3*s

Villa is nice and modern, bedrooms are lovely, air con throughout, its close to shops, restaurants and the beach however we probably wouldn’t return. Party of 7, more sofas and tvs were needed, floor around pool gets dangerously hot, villa backs onto a school, huge post hinders access to villa car parking space. Neighbours not friendly and up til all hours of the night. 1 toilet was disgusting upon arrival and still disgusting after cleaners had been in. Bathroom windows completely see through, had to hang towels up. Little things let the villa down and it’s a shame. It’s a lovely villa and with a few changes it would defo get more stars.

Schöne und moderne Finca mit viel Platz. Unproblematische Abwicklung. Klima funktionierte super, Sat-Fernsehen auch. Leider überall roter Sand und fleckige Bettüberwürfe sowie Zierkissen. Ansonsten alles top! Gerne wieder!

Great family holiday

The house was immaculate and spacious with great outside space, ideal for a big family group. Group of 8 adults and a baby, we all had plenty of space and a cot and high chair were provided. Great well equipped kitchen, washing machine is a great extra with a baby in tow. Easy walk to beach/shops/restaurants. Large well priced supermarket 5 minute walk away. Situated in a residential area which was fairly noisy at times with a fairly busy road and school behind the property, which didnt bother us but may others. Joan was very helpful with everything including booking taxis, all in all a stress free, cost effective, relaxed family holiday! Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
