The hotel/condo property itself was wonderful. It appears that they are working on the surrounding areas (overflow parking). We loved our condo..the quiet, the trees, the cool nights. Kevin at the front desk was beyond courteous and friendly. You are lucky to have him!

No Air Conditioning in the Building! Again, there is NO AC in all rooms except the lobby. This is not a place to book your stay during Summer time, you will have an uncomfortable stay if you do! We were surprised when I called front desk when I said, our AC isn’t working in our room, and the front desk agent rudely replied “Sir, there’s no AC in this building, just OPEN your windows and it cool down overnight” “there’s also LOUD fans in the cabinets if you guys want to use it” Georgina/Geordina who was the supervisor on duty was ALSO the rudest of all human I have encountered! She told me, “Deal with it, I can’t help you” I was speechless.

My second time staying here and was a little disappointed. The hot tub was not working and they still charge a resort fee? Not really worth the money because they have ZERO amenities other than a pool and hot tub.

The location is nice and close to town but furniture was pretty run down. The HOA does not allow bicycles inside the rooms, which was unacceptable to us, since our bikes were very expensive. I don’t believe the place was worth the cost.

Juniper Springs resort was a great place for our family to stay. We enjoyed the suite room with a full kitchen and spacious seating area with a big kitchen table. The resort had a complimentary shuttle that we used to bring us over to the village. The driver was friendly and efficient. Overall this was a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

The property is great, customer service was wonderful. Our condo was perfect. Only complaint I have is on the listing it said they had 2 pools and six hot tubs. There was only 1 pool and there were 3 hot tubs but one was broken. Unfortunately couldn’t enjoy any of them they were always full.

We loved staying here! We rode our electric bikes on paved paths as well as mountain bike trails throughout Mammoth Lakes. The hiking and the views were spectacular. The restaurants were delicious. It was nice to come home to a clean quiet 1 bedroom condo with a living room and kitchen at the end of the day with convenient underground parking and storage for our bikes. Thank you!

No A/C and fans were broken. Garage access was broken. No instructions for accessing Cable TV. Dated and/or old everything. Expensive "Resort" fee - I guess for the swimming pool? No dinning or lounge - none near. Staff was helpful, nice.
