As other reviews mentioned, the property has a very good location within walking distance to the main lodge and lifts. However, it is also very dated, and the walls are paper-thin — you can hear every step from the neighbors upstairs and practically join their conversations without leaving your room.

Lovely stay

Great customer service. Bathroom was a litle dated, but fine. Found left over socks in a bed side drawer, and some suspicious green sauce (pesto?) in the freezer 😂. Overall comfy stay, and awesome location for getting on the slopes fast.

we arrived at 830 pm and checked in. We were given a map to our condo . We finally found the building by asking someone as the wing in not lit up. We then spent 25 minutes trying to secure parking. The closest spot was 1000 feet away. My husband has a knee injury that prevents him from walking a long distance. We are in our mid 70'S . We went back and asked fro cancel our booking and they agreed. Spoke with manager Kendra who apologized and agreed to refund. She was vey nice but explained I would have to contact you as they are the third party. I can send you verification od the partial refund via email. Please advise

The room location was really bad for me as I have a bad hip and it was difficult to get to the room. Also, I could not get the room cool. The heat was set at 84 deg. I turned it off and opened the windows but could not seem to get the room to cool down.

The Mammoth Mountain Inn offers ski-in, ski-out accommodations for the Main Lodge area at Mammoth Mountain ski area. In the Spring season, there is no closer access to the lifts or parking than the Mammoth Mountain Inn. The cozy lobby fireplace and authentic mountain lodge charm can't be beat, but one has to be forgiving that the property was built years ago. My room was clean, the amenities adequate, and the service polite and efficient. But no amount of Joanna Gaines is going to bring a 1950's construction up to Kardashian levels of square footage or glam. Overall, my stay was great, and I got everything I was expecting and a good Spring season value!

Was not aware of road closure and coming from Oregon and going shortest route to overland and trying to see Yosemite. Arrived at Groveland at 7pm to realize had to drive kind route for 5 hours around for access to hotel due to road closure. Then refused refund and no one in person to talk to! Disappointed totally!
