This two-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California offers a great value for a group of 6 to 8 people in a premier location. Located across from The Village and on the winter shuttle route. Wireless Internet, and also enjoys partial mountain views and close proximity to pool (summer only), spa, sauna, and rec room. Access to biking and hiking trails from the door step, and you can even bring Fido along being pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1300 sq. Ft. Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, high counter top with bar chairs, dining area, gas fireplace, deck, TV, CD, DVD and full bath. Master: Queen bed. Bedroom #2: Two twin beds and shared full bath. Bedroom #3: Queen bed and shared full bath. Maximum Occupancy: 8. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. . PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. DONT RENT THIS UNIT!This unit has not been updated since the 70’s. Old bacteria laden shag carpet, fireplace didn’t work, no hot tub available, heaters had to be turned off as they made the rooms sweltering. The smaller bathroom toilet seat was a tiny round one you could barely fit. When I spoke to the reservation office about my displeasure they did not even respond. Terrible customer service was unacceptable. I’m sure there are nice units in this complex but this was not one of them.

Perfect Location

Wonderful Holiday stay with 3 generation family. Everyone from grandparents to teenagers to the dog were happy! Access to village and ski back trail was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a ski weekend!

This property was perfect for our group of friends! The shag carpet was great for our two kids under 2 to play on and the location made everything logistically easier. The stairs were a bit sketchy (steep and the railing didn’t have the best guard for kids) and it wasn’t the most up to date amenities, but it was a perfect spot for our friends to get together and enjoy a snowy weekend on the mountain. Would recommend.

Great Access!

Val D’Isere was a great place to stay to get to all the fun Mammoth village things. The condo was neat, and clean. It feels very 1970s inside but was perfect for a group of friends. I thought I had left some shoes behind and they were very helpful and responsive with the recovery effort!

Very disappointed.

Cleanliness was very poor. All the dishes were dirty. Carpet stinks. Lines were bad. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this property we stayed. Not worth for what we paid . Very disappointed. Only positive factor is you can walk to the village. Location is good, but the quality of the condo is very poor.

Good location be careful with toddlers

Great location, walkable to the village. Very old fixtures and bottom bathroom is a bit dark and older. Door sticks so some people got stuck in the bathroom for a little while. Biggest concern is for families with children. The railing on the main level is not to code and the space between the wooden railings is large enough for a small child to fall through easily. My son is 3 years old and we had to keep him far away because he could fall through facing the railings they were that wide in between each space. And it is the railing protecting the stairs leading down so if someone slipped through they would fall directly to the bottom level.

Family getaway

Super easy to check in and locate the property, good family area to be together, close walking distance to village, dog friendly, beds comfortable in all 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms enough for everyone. The only thing would be for a larger TV in the family area. Firewood on the porch but had an electric fireplace so no need for firewood. Hot water went away pretty quick when we all got back from snow boarding so cold showers for the last family members. All in all we had a great time at your property! Well be back to stay again for sure!!

We have stayed in this particular condo before. We love how close it is to the village. Easy to walk over and have dinner. Also love that it is close to the forest and can walk the dog there. The only down side was the air quality. We ended up leaving a day early because of the fires.

It was a very average property, but just about everything worked. We would have liked to have more toilet paper in the condo. (we had to buy more) and paper towels too. It was nice to be close to the village and we had a great time there.

Great location!

This property is located just around the corner from the village. Perfect for walking to the bus stop and getting to all the events at the village. We really enjoyed the privacy between the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedrooms too. There is super easy access to the pool which is directly out the front door. We had a great stay at the condo. Thanks!

It’s not always easy finding condos in Mammoth that don't have disgusting carpet and gross bathrooms due to the age of all the condos up there. This unit had freshly cleaned carpet, bathrooms were better than most, beds were soft so if you need a hard bed, this is not it. 1 small tv in the family room and that’s it. No big deal for us but if you are looking for TVs in the bedrooms, there are none. The location was just a few minutes walk from the village which was what we were looking for. Overall a good unit especially if you like avocado colored countertops!

Old, fragile townhouse

Everything from the creaky floors to the barely-holding-together furniture made our stay a bit unpleasant. This home would be terrible for a rowdy group or families with children. The place is ASKING for something to break. They chairs around the dining room table are so old and flimsy that we were scared to use them. The railing on the side of the staircase feels like it could blow over with a strong gust of wind. Even the furniture in the bedrooms felt like it could collapse at any moment. I'm not sure what year the townhouse was built but it DEFINITELY hasn't been updated since. The only reason this place is worth 2 stars instead of 1 is because of a) location and proximity to the village and b) distance to the hot tub. The hot tub is literally 15 steps from the front door and the center of the village is less than a 5 minute walk.
