Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property is spacious and an end unit with views of the forest. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people with a king, a queen, 2 twin beds and 2 sets of twin bunks beds. This townhome is perfect for two families! This unit is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Great apartment, location can’t be beat!

Our group of friends had a great stay here. The location can’t be beat and the apartment can comfortably fit a large group. Walking distance to the village and the gondola. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the plumbing was not great and only one person could take a hot shower at a time.

Great stay for a big group.

There were 8 of us, all adults, and there was enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Balcony is stocked with more firewood than you could possibly burn during a week or two stay. Overall all, very happy with our experience. To top it off it is a pet friendly listing.

Great place with friends!

Stayed four nights with ten friends and a dog. Place had everything we needed and were able to get a restock on soaps and towels halfway through the trip. Everyone was helpful and fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Great location!

This home was the perfect setup and an ideal location that is very close to the village. Our group each had their own rooms to retire for the night and a big enough dining table and living room to comfortably fit everyone. Highly recommend!

Great spot

Good place that worked well for our group of 5 kids and 4 adults. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and the beds were comfy. The heat was a little challenging as a thermostat controls a wall unit; we couldn’t get the upstairs bedroom one to work, but the others were fine albeit a little loud when turning on. Catching the shuttle was pretty easy depending on where you were going. The hot tub was a couple minute walk down the hill. The door had a coded lock but we still had to go to the office to get the info; would’ve been nice to have it just added to the app so we didn’t need to do additional stops

Just good.

Overall a good place to stay. Very convenient to the Village and spacious for a group of 10 people. However, it needs a bit of maintenance. Friends complained that bunk beds were loose. The hot water ran out quick. The internet was very slow. Some of the cutlery was dirty. Also, having to stop by another location to pickup and drop off items for check-in and check-out was unexpected.

Dirty place, broken dishwasher, broken bed

Not a good experience. Showed up to the place and there were old half drank coffee cups in the closet, trash, with wadded up blankets presumably unwashed. Broken table stand and bed frame so you sink into the middle without a support beam. Confetti pieces strewn about the living room. No washer in the unit is a bummer. Dishwasher doesn’t work.

Convenient for skiing

This property was located in a great location, walking distance to the Village and right off the shuttle line to Canyon. The property managers were nice and very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were good size for our group. The unit itself is extremely dated, and the bathrooms specifically were lacking. The upstairs shower was awful! We could never get the temperature right and the water pressure sucked. Also, the TV in the living room does not have streaming and there is no DVD player, so TV options were limited in the main living area. But overall it was good for our purposes.

Close to village

If you’re looking for a budget saver close to the village, this works! It met our needs but unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The pics online looked much nicer. The carpet is very stained and dirty and many outdated appliances. It is hard to get a feel for the set up from what is posted. There are three rooms downstairs inc the master. The kitchen, living spaces and final room are upstairs. This made it a little awkward for us with younger kids and having the living space right by the stairs. We stay in homes so we can cook but the pans and utensils are very well worn, warped and difficult to cook well with. The kitchen, beds, bathrooms were all very clean. Just in desperate need of new carpet and a fresh coat of paint on the walls and some updating. We would have been much happier if we had simply had a better idea of what to expect by what is posted in description and in the pictures. The property management company could easily cut out the trip to their office to pick up a code and two parking passes. This could definitely be streamlined to allow customers to go straight to their rental when arriving. There was also a couple of VERY wobbly stools that are a safety hazard that should be repaired or removed before someone gets hurt. We overall enjoyed our stay but would not stay here again.

Traditional cabin in great location

Outdated appliances but all operated well. Upon arrival there was an overwhelming musty smell but after airing it out and warming it up, it was fine. The location is so amazing. Walkable to village and gondola. All bed very clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Great Cabin for a Group Ski Weekend

Excellent location near the village and a short ride from the mountain. The house made a great home base for our weekend at Mammoth. We had (9) adults and (2) dogs, and the space was comfortable for us all; not too tight. The booking management company was super accommodating when we requested a very early check-in and very late check-out. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great for big families with a dog

The home was welcoming and it seems like little updates are being done. The rug is stained which is why pets are allowed, but we didn't end up taking our dog and we were fine with it. The kitchen had all amenities we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner.
