Gather your friends and family for a fun-filled Eastern Sierra getaway at this lovely 3-bedroom loft/2.5-bath Snowcreek IV townhome.

Whether you choose one of the three bedrooms or the open loft, you will find a restful slumber awaits you! If you've been the lucky chosen one for the master bedroom, enjoy your personal patio as well.

The main level living room, kitchen, and dining area is a great place for making meals AND memories! Lots of windows and vaulted wooden planked ceilings provide natural sunlight into your welcoming cabin. The breakfast bar has a great set up for fast, on-the-go eating but the dining room, kitchen, and patio BBQ provide the opportunity to create delicious 5-star dinners.

To alleviate your packing load, we have a washer and dryer available to you inside the unit. Remember, Snowcreek IV has a community spa available, also, so don't forget to bring swimming attire!

NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs.

***Pet fee: $145 plus applicable fees per pet. Reservations booked via 3rd party will be sent a pet fee request after booking.

Beautiful home
We had a great weekend skiing Mammoth and enjoyed the beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and we enjoyed playing the board games. Unfortunately, I found the rental overpriced for the value we experienced. You have to drive to the communal hot tub (unless you want a long shivering walk home in the snow). And don't forget the key to get into the pool! Also, there were limited towels at the house so we had to do laundry every day between the hot tub and post-skiing showers. The property hosts were slow to respond to messages and didn't pick up phone calls on 2 occasions. The check-in instructions that were sent out had the wrong condo number.

Great all around!
We had a group of 2 adults and 8 teens and the condo was perfect! Nice and spacious, well stocked and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, wonderful property, great service from management company. This unit and its location in Mammoth and location within the Snowcreek area are perfect and made our stay a wonderful one.

Very nice unit with a couple of minor issues that management will address, they were very prompt in responding when called. The kitchen is well appointed, there is a barbecue and a nice open floor plan upstairs, pretty ideal if you have a family and you all want to be together but there is enough space for kids and adults to do their own thing. TVs in every room and good wifi.

Location was perfect for my taste, away from city but close enough to shops.
We were pleasantly surprised: Location great, very clean, larger than expected, very comfortable, it had all I needed for meals at home and properly stocked with immediate essentials. In addition the property manager staff were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent it again.
