The second bedroom contains a roomy queen-over-queen bunk bed, as well as a twin daybed & matching twin trundle for additional guests. This bedroom offers an oversized closet, double dresser, a second Smart TV, separate access to the downstairs bathroom, and a set of sliding glass doors leading out to a small patio and backyard/open space...For families, this is the perfect kids room!
The downstairs bathroom is also accessible from the hallway, and is adjacent to the guest-available, in-home washer/dryer.
The upstairs level consists of the third (primary) bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a California king-sized bed, large closet, double dresser, oversized window, and another collapsible desk/work space for those of you needing to check emails between adventures.
Walking up to the second floor, you'll find an open-concept kitchen, living room (complete with a very effective wood-burning stove/fireplace), dining room, and second full bathroom. This floor has vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and brand-new plush carpeting. The living room sectional couch has a pull-out full-sized bed for overflow sleeping!
Just off the living room, you'll find another set of sliding glass doors leading out to a sizable deck with a full BBQ & firewood available for you and your guests.
Please note: Additional guests over 10 permitted upon request; please message us at time of booking so we can accommodate. Make sure you thoroughly review the sleeping arrangements as 10+ people does get "cozy"!

The Mammoth trolley picks up right outside the complex - 100 feet from the front door in either direction. Check out the Transit App on your smart phone for shuttle routes, timelines, and live tracking. The schedule is also posted at each shuttle stop.
Want to smell that fresh air? You can also easily walk anywhere in Old Mammoth!
We will send you a code for the front door prior to your check-in time, and there are 2 parking spots allotted, with offsite parking nearby for additional vehicles.
Other things to note: There will be a $500 fine imposed for violating our expressly stated no-pet policy. Please respect this rule in our home.
