Newly renovated, this beautifully upgraded 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, on the Red Line shuttle and near Sierra Star Golf Course. Sleeps up to 8 guests and is pet friendly.

The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. A second full bathroom is located in the downstairs hallway.

The comfortable living area features an open floor plan with a pellet stove, foosball table, and a dining area with an expandable table that seats up to 8. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. A third full bathroom is also located on this level.

This townhome spans 2 levels, with the entrance on the first floor. Guests have access to two outdoor parking spaces. The Woodlands complex offers great amenities including a year-round hot tub and sauna, a seasonal swimming pool, and on-site laundry facilities (QR code instructions on machines).

It was pet-friendly, and a nice layout in a nice area. However, some of the sheets seemed stained, which concerned me. I also contacted the hosts via Vrbo as well as call and text with the number provided, and received no response. We were snowed in from the storm that started late December and they did not offer any services/information regarding how we could contact a plow.

Very comfortable for families

Nicest VRBO we’ve rented in awhile. Clean, up to date. Very functional with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with queen and numbed which was perfect for parents and younger child . Check in and communication with management exceptional. Would stay again. Party of 6 adults, 1 child and 2 doggies

Great location, easy access, short walk to parking.

The property is an older unit, but was well stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, and kitchen gear. The beds were a little on the hard side, but the upstairs area was very cozy and comfortable. During our stay which coincided with a record snow storm, the downstairs bedroom sprung a leak. The management company was very quick to respond, and was very gracious in helping us get through the leak. We would recommend this location, as a great affordable location.

Great Condo in Good Location

Great place to stay in the Woodlands complex. Places was clean, provided plenty of pellets for the fireplace (which is a little finicky to get started, but really warms the place up) and the beds were really comfortable. Some of the doors need adjustment as the upstairs bathroom door doesn’t close fully, but this wasn’t a problem with our group. The parking lot and access to the condo was well plowed out. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful townhome

I was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews, but this townhouse was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed. The heater by the front door was amazing for drying snow off boots and gear.

Mammoth Chillin Time

The Woodlands unit 31 was just as advertised. We greatly appreciated the use of a unit allowing our pet golden retriever. The space was wonderful, as mentioned in other reviews, extremely well equipped with cooking utensils. We loved the peaceful, quiet location. To be clear, this is an older complex, so if you seek new and modern, probably not best however if you are good with older, well cared for and a very comfortable place to “hang out”, then this is it. Our 2 suggestions for improvement are to replace the screen door and new pillows. We had a couple minor issues (common hot tub not working & needing dishwasher soap) the complex management resolved both very promptly and followed up to make sure the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. We would recommend this unit to anyone with or without a pet. I noticed an indication that internet may not be reliable, we had no issues whatsoever, it was very good. Perhaps problematic in winter , but during our August visit, just great when needed.

Great place to stay!

The condo was a corner unit, clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was close to restaurants, shops and the grocery. The 3 bedrooms were on the first floor and the kitchen and family room were on the second floor. I feel like the condo could use brighter lights but other than that, we had no problems. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They answered any questions we had promptly. We had a great time and we definitely consider staying there again, if it was available.
