Welcome to this magnificent house located in the countryside, in Manacor. It can accommodate 9 people.
The jewel of this finca is the private pool, measuring 3m x 8m and varying in depth from 0.45m to 1.6m. Here you swim without chemicals, as the water is cleaned through the movement of the water, which passes through sand and plants; a natural and sustainable way of holidaying. Afternoons can be spent sunbathing on one of the four sun loungers, enjoying a coffee under the hemp porch or having a tasty barbecue. This beautiful house has no direct neighbours.

The finca dates back to the 18th century and has many curious and handmade elements, such as the lamp in the shape of a branch. On the ground floor a living-dining room with satellite TV is open to the fully equipped kitchen, including an induction cooker and a dishwasher. A second living room with white sofa invites you to sit down with your favourite reading. On this same floor, there is a nice bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The first floor consists of a bedroom with four single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a large single bed and two bathrooms with shower. For your comfort, all bedrooms offer air conditioning. The bedroom with four single beds has access to a terrace with awning and furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful views.

Situated between Felanitx and Manacor, this house is in a quiet agricultural area. The town of Manacor has everything you need for an independent holiday, supermarkets, restaurants and much more. At the same time the pearl factory Majorica is situated in Manacor. A car is necessary, especially to explore the east coast and dreamlike beaches like Cala Mendia, Cales De Mallorca and Cala Marsal. The Cuevas del Drach are situated in Portocristo, as are the Cuevas dels Hams. Cala Millor is great for an evening drink and nearby there is a safari-zoo for families.

Sehr schön renovierte Finca mit Naturpool - Außenmöbel verbesserungswürdig
Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack renoviert und schön eingerichtet, außer dem Mehrbettzimmer im 1. Stock, das höchstens als "Kinderzimmer" geeignet ist. Aus diesem schönen großen Raum könnte man mit wenig Aufwand einen wunderschönen Masterbedroom machen. Das Highlight ist der wunderschöne Naturpool mit den Fröschen. Leider ist der Außenbereich, sowohl der Essbereich vor dem Haus, als auch die Terrasse im 1. Stock, mit billigen Kunststoffmöbeln ausgestattet, für die es nicht einmal Auflagen gibt. Die Loungegarnitur im 1. Stock ist ohne Auflagen nicht zu nutzen. Schade um die schöne große Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick! Die einfachen Plastikstühle am Esstisch im Außenbereich sind ohne Auflagen auch sehr unangenehm, vor allem bei hohen Außentemperaturen. Dabei gibt es eine wunderschöne Steinsitzbank und mit ein paar Kissen und besseren Möbeln wäre auch der Außenbereich wunderschön. Das Haus ist meines Erachtens nur im Hochsommer mit 9 Personen nutzbar, wenn man sich vorrangig Außen aufhalten kann. Bei Regen und kühlen Abenden ist der Innenbereich (vor allem der Esstisch) mit max. 6 Personen nutzbar. Die Agentur vor Ort, die das Haus vermietet, ist nicht sehr kooperativ. Auf unseren Hinweis, dass die Dusche nicht abläuft, wurde nicht reagiert. Erst als 3 Tage später das Wasser durch die Decke tropfte kam jemand um die Verstopfung zu beheben. Auch auf das Problem, dass in das Schlafzimmer im EG Ratten durch ein Loch in der Wand und im 1. OG über die Dachrinne durch das Fenster kamen und uns nachts im Bett erschreckt anstarrten, wurde sehr zögerlich reagiert. Erst wurde das Problem runtergespielt und auf Mäuse verwiesen, obwohl wir die Ratten eindeutig gesehen haben und Tiere beim Toben durch das Zimmer bereits einiges zerstört haben. Am 3. Tag kam dann endlich ein Rattenfänger, der die Löcher gestopft hat und die noch im Gebäude befindliche Ratte gefangen hat. Da hätte man meines Erachtens sofort reagieren müssen und nicht darauf verweisen, dass das Haus seit dem Frühjahr durchgängig vermietet war und bisher keine Ratten im Haus waren und dass Ratten auf dem Land üblich sind. Wir sollten die Fenster abends und nachts geschlossen halten (bei Tagestemperaturen über 30 Grad!). Schnell war die Reaktion, als der Warmwasserboiler defekt war. Das wurde sofort am nächsten Tag in Ordnung gebracht und auch der Bitte nach einem Sonnenschirm am Pool wurde nachgekommen. Insgesamt mit ein paar Nachbesserungen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.
