Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Especially escaping from a mega city, the complex offers lots of green and lots of space. Several fun activities to do including a small mini golf setup, tennis courts, a soccer field, pools, and the beach. The service was incredible. However, we came with a one year old and they weren’t very accommodating for that. There are special dinner options and they wouldn’t let us bring our child, but also wouldn’t room service it to us even though one of the nice dinners is included in the price we pay for our stay. The food at the main restaurant was just okay. Nothing special really, but they do try to keep it fun with different theme nights (Mexican and seafood while we were there). Rooms and facility are great. Not very child-friendly though. Overall, 8/10 but would probably be 9/10 without kids—only thing keeping it from a 10/10 is the lackluster food.

We liked the good service and organization of the hotel staff, except for isolated cases of violation of quarantine measures to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. Only a few minor issues can be improved, although we understand that this is not very easy...

Good property with motivated and friendly staff. For us it was a plus (because we like walking every now and then) but for handicapped and elderly accessibility and long walks can be an issue. Also food at seafood alacart restaurant was well below overall quality. But all in all our experience was so positive that I can gladly overlook that one specific downside.

We hebben al verschillende keren verbleven in dit hotel en telkens blijft het ons verbazen op vlak van aanbod, kwaliteit en presentatie van eten ; Er zijn heel wat mensen (meestal Duitsers en Vlamingen) die er gedurende twee of drie maanden verblijven en uiterst tevreden zijn en telkens terugkeren. Er is voortdurend toezicht en we voelden ons daar zeer veilig. . Proficiat aan het ganse personeelsteam van dit schitterend hotel!

Hotel 5 estrellas. Exteriormente no muy bonito, pero interiormente muy bien. Estuvimos en una habitación vista al mar. Era muy grande, cómoda y bien decorada. El personal del hotel muy eficiente y profesional. Buena variedad de comida y amplia seleccion de bebidas. La playa enfrente del hotel es de arena y no de piedras como en otros sitios. Spa gratuito con 2 saunas, baño de vapor y hamman.
