The property was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights & was more than accommodating for all our guests. The location is really accessible & the rooms are all spacious. We had access to wifi, full kitchen & the location had easy parking access which gave an extra sense of security. We didnโt find the area noisy at all and itโs very local to Manchester which was a highlight for us! The hosts were amazing whenever we had any queries or questions, received fast replies & overall very pleased with our stay. Couldnโt recommend more!

Average not luxury. Not particularly cleanโฆ..had to do some of our own. Basic kitchen with lack of equipment and settings. Noisy at night. Overflowing bins by entrance door.
