Booked 2 rooms adjacent. Couldn’t fault the room and hotel for cleanliness, location and convenience. Negative was that both rooms in my booking were uncomfortably warm for us. Room thermostat didn’t seem to have cooling fun

Modern property. Breakfast options were great. West check-in and checkout with option to leave the luggage. Comfortable bed and spacious shower. Bonus was water dispenser at the reception and the water bottles in the room.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful — they went out of their way to give us directions and provide useful information throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the AO Arena. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection, and the whole hotel had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!
