We had an excellent stay at Seaglass! Beautiful, quiet location; the house had everything we needed, including sharp knives, an ironing board and extra room heaters. The lights were labeled, which was a nice touch. Appreciated the easy check in/out as well. We would stay again!

Perfect peaceful respite. The house is beautiful and view from the balcony was breathtaking. There are dear in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend walks. This was one of my favorite stays. We reveled in the woodsy views and beach nearby, albeit cold. Would definitely stay here again. Advise for renters:1) WiFi gets turned off at 10:45am before checkout and cell service is almost non existent in this area. Plan accordingly. We had to wait until we got to an area with cell signal to open maps. 2) Teflon pots are unusable but thankfully there were stainless steel ones. 3) I would recommend purchasing food and enjoying the home. Bought grass fed steaks from The CoOp Market Cafe in Point Arena (20 min away) and let me say one of the best most tender steaks I’ve had. The store also had vegan, GF and lactose free products. It was a mini Whole Foods. 4) No TV. That’s a good thing. Bring a book to read. 5) The living room WiFi speaker was a huge plus. 6) Bring water. Not sure if water is filtered but I was glad we brought plenty. 7) Definitely heed their advice and don’t take the Maps path to the house. Use her directions. It’s much more scenic and has wineries and shops on the way. We took it on the way out and although pretty, it was super windy. It’s only about 5 minutes longer. 8) bring your own ground coffee 9) House comes with all the place settings plus wine glasses you’ll need. 10) bring beach chairs if you can

Manchester by the ocean

The is house is lovely, and decorated beautifully with lovely view in a peaceful setting. We drove to Mendicino and really enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful home and great art!

This is a very nice home in a wonderful quiet location on the coast. The home itself is so well designed and decorated with interesting art, it feels very nice being here. Great natural light, too. I really recommend this home.

Irish Beach Gem

We had a delightful stay at Seaglass. The general consensus was that Seaglass was possibly the best spot of all the vacation rentals we have booked in the country. That is saying a lot as the 3 of us have traveled quite extensively. We tried to book another night, but unfortunately it was already booked. :-( The views were incredible. The decor was tasteful. The bathroom was large and luxurious. The location was serene and majestic. We plan to return soon. .

Quiet place to relax

Nice house in an ultra quiet neighborhood. Not much to do in the area besides chill so that's what we did. Only suggestion would be to add a TV to the house with a streaming device as there is very little in the way of entertainment so either bring your own iPad or similar device if you want to watch a movie. We had a nice stay, regardless.

Great place on a great part of the coast

Spent two nights at Sea Glass and had a great time. Really clean, great deck that feels like a treehouse, and the host could not be nicer or more attentive. Will definitely try to come back soon and for a longer stay.

I liked the private beach and the beach vibe. My daughter-in-law and granddaughters had recently moved from Santa Cruz to inland and really needed that vibe. We went to Mendocino and climbed the light house at Point Arena, etc.

Great place near Mendocino

Very bright, open house with a great kitchen and two good size bedrooms. The single bathroom has both a tub and a stand-alone large shower. Balcony and windows open onto a view of tree tops and the ocean in the distance.

Irish Beach Gateway

The house was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. So preparing meals was easy. We could see and hear the ocean. However, it's an easy 15 minute walk to the beach from the house. Irish beach was very nice, you can walk a long ways down the beach.

Perfect getaway.

We had a great time at SeaGlass. John and Lisa were helpful and communicative and provided us with a lot of great recommendations to check out during our stay. The area is pretty quiet and the perfect place to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life. The home itself has everything you need for a great trip (kitchen supplies, linens, fast wifi, games, movies, etc.).

Amazing tree house

We recently spent two nights at Seaglass and the pictures do not accurately represent the beauty of the home. The living area is literally a tree house, the view of the ocean is through tree tops and birds fly by at the level of the window. Gorgeous white beach theme furniture, wonderful watercolors by Lisa (we purchased one), comfortable deck, and beautiful tile and woodwork. The lighting really sets the tone, soft lights above the picture windows, under the fireplace mantle and underneath the kitchen cabinets. All overhead lights have dimmers. The home is well laid out, we stayed with our son, daughter in law and their 4 week old baby. They slept in the bedroom off the kitchen and we did not hear the baby at night. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks, separate bath and shower, and more unique and artistic tile. Irish Beach is a very short drive, and the key that is provided allows access and you can drive right to the beach. Lisa and John are excellent communicators and made us feel very welcome. Over the last 20 years we have stayed in literally hundreds of VRBO homes and this is in the top three!

Glorious in every way!

We loved everything about our stay at the Seaglass property! The home is beautifully appointed with amazing views. Lisa and John have created a warm and welcoming environment with tasteful furnishings and artwork throughout their home. The property has private access to Irish Beach within a short driving distance of the home. We truly loved our time here and will definitely visit again!

Magical Getaway

We could only stay for one night and were sad to leave. Beautiful home, lovely beach, great records, and fantastic views. Owners were quick to respond and clearly manage the property well. Especially loved watching the blue jays from the back deck. Hope to return soon,

What a gem!

Great location, serene and restful. Beautiful property. Well thought-out design lends itself to guests being able to spend their time as they wish; someone can chill on the deck while someone else can nap, listen to music, do yoga, watch tv, cook, whatever - all in spaces that can be made private or connected to one another. Absolutely lovely property. The only lack I would identify is the house could use a few more kitchen amenities (grill tongs - ice trays that work - a cocktail shaker - stuff like that) but nothing that's going to greatly change your overall experience! This house is a gem, and Lisa is responsive, gracious, and super welcoming.
