Summary:

Located at the Riverwood RV Park in Mancos, Colorado along the banks of the Mancos River, this private vacation rental, built in 2021, is ready to be your basecamp for adventure. A quick drive to Mesa Verde, Telluride, Durango, and other great attractions. Also walking distance to Downtown Mancos for shopping, dining, and cultural experiences. Sleeping up to 8 people, and access to three full bathrooms (2 of them shared). Relax, Rewind, and reconnect!



The Space:

This upscale rental comes complete with a private bedroom (king bed), a fully stocked kitchen with a full oven, A queen bed in the landing area, bunk bed in the living room with two pull out couches. One full bathroom (with a tub) is completely private to this rental, and access to two other bathrooms that are shared with the RV park. Located on the banks of the Mancos river, enjoy river access, park access, and just a short walk to downtown Mancos. There is also a large laundry room you can use, and many great outdoor gathering areas and a BBQ grill! Two smart TV's (one upstairs and one downstairs), a dining table, and a workstation for remote workers. High-speed wifi equipped for all of your streaming pleasure. Please note that two of the three restrooms are shared with the rest of the park, but gives you options for use.



Guest Access:

Private entrance with a code, can come and go as you please, and check-in anytime after the check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Mancos Riverwood RV park, near the center of the park. Half of the building operates as an office, and the other half operates as this private vacation rental with it's own entrance.



Getting Around:

Within the city limits of Mancos, can walk to downtown, the park, and shopping/dining.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local and have staff at the RV park, so can respond to needs quickly.
