The AC was Ok, sometimes more than we needed. But the counters abd the floors were dirty and sticky. The utensils were extremely sticky. We had to ask for dish towels and wash cloths. We were given 3 tiny soap bars, and when we asked for more, we were told that bnb's only provide a starter amount. the ad said there was a washer and dryer, but it didn't say it was outside and shared with other tenants. the 2 lamps in the unit were missing light bulbs although when we requested the bulbs, the resident manager Jack provided them quickly, as he did when we asked for hangers, washcloths and dish towels. there was no plug for the sink which Jack provided. but why did we have to ask for these things in the first place? There was no iron or ironing board, no local helpful literature as we have found in other rentals. The picture of the unit is misleading--the actual area is run down, slumlike in appearance. the king bed was very comfortable. The reviews were very good but bore no resemblance to what we encountered. We fell for the low price, but it fell far short of what we expected.

Amazing hosts! Friendly, kinda and professional. Easy check in. Great amenities like rice cooker, ac and coffee maker. Clean and private property. Will stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay we will be back.

Close to University of Guam, clean, and working kitchen.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.
