RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: After booking, we will ask you to sign a rental agreement that includes the house rules and approval for a security pre-auth hold of $350 that will be released on your card pending any damages to the property. SMOKING -No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the unit`s property. -If there is a violation of the no smoking policy, there will be an extra charge fee of $200. -The term Smoking used here includes Marijuana, Cigarettes or anything of the like. -Please see platform guidelines about smoking for further details.
PETS -No pets are allowed inside the unit.
PARTIES/EVENTS -There are to be no parties held on the property. In regard to gatherings, greater than the listed capacity, please communicate with host to be approved or denied based on the nature of the gathering. -Please see platform guidelines about parties/events for further details.
CLEANING -If, at the end of the Guest`s stay results in excess mess that requires more than the typical cleaning procedure, there will be extra charges associated with the clean up.
QUIET HOURS -Quiet hours will be from 10pm-6am on the weekdays and 12am-6am on the weekends. -Any complaints will be addressed on a case by case basis and may result in extra incurred costs to The Guest.
DAMAGES/STOLEN ITEMS -If an item on the property is broken or damaged as a result of the Guest, a photo is to be taken of the damaged item and sent immediately to the Host. Fees will be incurred based on the item cost to fix or replace said item (if the item cannot be fixed to an acceptable/safe standard). -Accidents happen. If there is an accident, please just reach out immediately to figure out what we can do. -If an item is taken from the property, the Guest will be charged for the full price of the item to replace if not returned within 24 hours of checking out. Exceptions are made if Guest is actively trying to return item, by communicating with the Host, but it takes more than 24 hours. The limit is three days, otherwise the Host will have to charge for the replacement of the item.
These rules are not to limit you as a Guest but to just be mindful of the people around you and help us out as Hosts.
Our host was awesome! He communicated very well and was very quick to answer any question I had. The condo is very nice and extremely clean! The basement area looks like it has been remodeled recently and is extremely nice! There was more than enough of anything you might need such as extra sheets, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. The price was also very reasonable! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we need a place.
Our stay was great. Iâm giving it a 5-star rating because the value was perfect. The location for us was fanstastic. We will definitely look to stay at this property again. The place was clean and definitely roomy. The community is very walkable and quiet. Now that said, we were quite a distance from the KSU campus and the sports complexes. We couldnât walk to any stores or restaurants. Thereâs a shared bath on the second floor and a very nice bath in the basement with an external computer monitor you can use. Thereâs WiFi which worked great with the smart tvs but I found it slow for my laptop. Once again. Great value and location for our visit.
Overall, the property was very nice. A small matter was that we had 5 people yet the dining table only seated 4. But that was a small matter.More impactful was the WIFI bandwidth. I was attempting to get some work done on my laptop. Of course, my wife was on her iPad Pro and the other three were on their phones. All of this was happening with a TV or two on. Well, the WIFI simply couldn't handle the load and bogged down, causing the TV to stall and/or many of the devices we were using as well. Frustrating.My suggestion would be to upgrade the WIFI bandwidth. If that had not been a considerable issue, I would have rated it a "5".
Jason is wonderful to work with before during and after your stay. I had a couple of issues while booking and he went above and beyond to make sure things ran smooth. Checked on us a couple of times through our stay and was extremely available and helpful at each turn of all processes. The property is beautiful and well kept, comfortable and private.
