The apartment and balcony were excellent. The balcony was large and very well equipped and as we had the sun for most of the day the balcony was well used. Also great views and the gardens around the apartment are clearly well maintained. A very enjoyable stay.

Property is close to la Duquesa port which is great for restaurants and the beach etc. It has all the amenities required for a holiday and a very accommodating host. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic property with stunning views
We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment in Duquesa. It is perfectly situated in a lovely quiet area just 10 mins walk from the marina with all the restaurants and bars. The apartment is equipped with everything you could want for your stay and is very nicely decorated. We particularly loved the huge balcony with the fabulous view, great for breakfast & lunch and relaxing in the sun (too cold to sit out at night when we stayed unfortunately). The owner, Tony, was very helpful from the moment we booked and was available at all times for any questions we had. Thanks so much Tony, we will definitely stay again if we are coming to Duquesa and would highly recommend this apartment for those looking for somewhere peaceful to stay within easy reach of everything. Loved it.

Top 2-bedroom Apartment in beautiful resort
We would like to join the many positive comments left by other tenants. We experienced as very positive: 1) the accuracy in the VPRO description, and 2) the excellent written and verbal contacts with Tony Luelmo. We rented in October 2023 and as a result experienced two very minor mishaps: 1) the pool + surrounding area was closed (GOVERNMENT BAN on water consumption, whether in hotels, resorts or public showers on the beach etc). 2) due to the low position of the sun in October, using a parasol on the terrace was of no use.

Un apartamento con todas las comodidades, con mucho gusto por parte del dueño Tony una persona que físicamente no tengo el gusto de conocer pero muy cercana y atenta para que no te falte de nada una estancia increíble un complejo de lo más para pasarlo en grande y todo muy a mano como playas , supermercados, chiringuitos o restaurantes,unas vacaciones perfectas y aprovecho para saludar a tony y mandarle un abrazo enorme en mi nombre y en el de mi familia, gracias Tony

Todo perfecto. Estancia recomendada
Buena comunicación por parte del propietario. Sitio agradable y con estupendas vistas. La vivienda muy limpia y bastante bien equipada. Urbanización privada con aparcamiento subterráneo. Ojo, horario europeo para piscinas (cerraban pronto). Se podía ir a la playa andando, pero mejor utilizar coche. No era complicado de encontrar aparcamiento. Muy recomendable. Saludos

Alles perfekt
Selbst im Oktober hatten wir bis 17 Uhr Sonne auf der Terrasse und einen tollen Blick. In den beiden großen Pools kann man prima schwimmen. Sehr ruhige, saubere und hübsche Anlage. Auf Ordnung und Sicherheit wird viel Wert gelegt. Die Wohnung ist super. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und den Restaurants. Wer in die Alhambra will, MUSS vorher ein Ticket buchen, sonst kommt man nicht rein. Ausflug nach Tarifa war schön.
