The apartment has been recently refurbished internally to a high standard and is very spacious with 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one En-suite), a large dining room/lounge, a large kitchen, patio doors, an open balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and golf course. The apartment is a duplex with the bedrooms and bathrooms on one level, and the kitchen and lounge/dining room on the other.

The Apartment Is Thoroughly Deep Cleaned By A Professional Before The Arrival Of The Next Guests.

It has new (2021) A/c and heating and is perfectly situated on an attractive Spanish style complex which has two swimming pools and is next door to the golf course.
The complex is fully gated and secure with an underground car park.

The complex has two swimming pools and water features throughout the large gardens.

A short 5 minute walk will take you to the local square of family friendly bars and restaurants. Duquesa Marina itself has a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops and is just 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car or taxi.

The apartment is ideal for golfers, as it is adjacent to Duquesa Golf course.
