Why do I fill out all paperwork on line, am a rewards member and the. Have to spend 15 minutes doing it again when here? You handled this 30x better during Covid. I’ve stayed here 25x and this was worst one yet

Stay was less than 12 hours but the front desk staff was very welcoming, room was clean and comfortable. Pretty quiet. Room was a little warm even with the A/C set low but the room darkening blinds made up for it.
