You can enjoy the outstanding view of the property from almost every room and part of the house.
Guest access
You will have access to an infinity pool and all the spaces of the villa. You will be able to enjoy the outside space of the villa and the 10-acre plot. The only space that will not be available to you, is the second kitchen on the ground floor.
Other things to note
We can arrange extra services for you, such as a transfer from and to the villa, a cook for your meals, and activities such as a boat adventure!

There are two villages on each side of the villa,
The village located 5km to the north is Ilia, famous for its fish taverns and hot spring beach with orange clay. The spring water merges with the sea, so the sea water around it is warm all year-round.
The village 6,5km to the south side is Rovies. There, you can find a few mini markets, bakeries, local cafes and a couple of beach bars. There is a great souvlaki place, and a few fish taverns along the coast.
Aidipsos is only 15km away, and around 15' drive to the natural healing hot spring pools, nature's jacuzzi. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around the port and bigger size supermarkets.
A really picturesque village you must visit is Limni, at 17km away, less than 20' drive with plenty of different dining options, seafood or meat meze, pizza, souvlaki and a really nice cafe.
If you're feeling adventurous, you can visit Lichadonisia, a group of small islands, the "Seychelles of Greece". You will need to drive to Kavos and park the car there, the take a 10' boat ride. Boats operate there in the summer months and can give you a tour of all of them, there are a couple of beach bars there, black rocks and sandy beaches, and it is easy to walk from one island to the other as the water is very shallow. There is also a shipwreck you can check out and if you're lucky, you might spot seals!
If you're looking for a sandy beach, you should explore Porto Pefko beach, and all beaches around that area and towards Kavos.
If you're looking to do some wine tasting, you can visit VRYNIOTIS WINERY, around 30km away, 30' drive.
There is a BIRD WATCHING area where people might spot flamingoes and other species, in the lakes next to Megan Livari beach, about 40km away and 40' drive.
HIKING ROUTES:
Dafnokouki waterfalls: 5km away, just outside the village of Ilia, there is Dafnokouki waterfalls, a medium hike with some advanced parts where the road becomes narrow and is close to the edge of the mountain.
It is in total less than 3km return, but with high elevation.
Drymonas Waterfalls: about 28km and 35' drive away are the waterfalls of Drymonas, an easy short hike which should take less than an hour to do and involves multiple waterfalls and a manmade path to walk on. It is an easy hike to do and worth visiting.
Lakka: about 36km and 55' drive is this medium hike with really nice views of the Euboean Gulf

There's free street parking in all villages and cities around the area.
