About this space
Wake up to lush green, jungly views with a good chance of monkey sighting at this centrally located apartment in Manuel Antonio.

High-speed wifi connection (150 mps). Pet-friendly with a huge yard (shared, but gate on the balcony).

The space has high wooden ceilings, lots of windows to keep the inside bright, and a spacious balcony that wraps around the flat — yet is simply furnished, with one bedroom (queen) with a daybed (single) in the living area that can comfortably accommodate 3 people.
The space
Light, with high ceilings, lots of windows, and a huge balcony — you wake up in paradise to birds chirping and often times monkeys jumping from the roof to the coconut trees.

The apartment itself isn’t luxurious, but it’s beautiful and built in the local, simplistic tico style.

The kitchen has all the essentials you need to stay in and cook, and the apartment is very close to a number of great restaurants.

The beaches are a 5 minute car or bus ride away.
Guest access
The yard / garden is shared with the neighbors. Seasonally, you can find lemons, bananas, lemongrass, coconuts and soursop there, and it’s a great space for dogs if you’re traveling with pets.
Other things to note
The wildlife isn’t exclusively monkeys, iguanas and macaws (though these are the most frequent visitors) because we are on the edge of a jungle there will likely be some kind of new insects or geckos that you can encounter in or around the apartment. It’s totally normal :-)

I’ve personally had zero issues with them in 3.5 years of being here, except for a couple surprises and mild discomfort… but I understand it can feel wild coming from the USA or Europe. Again, it’s completely normal here and may or may not be a part of your experience if you choose to book.
