Changes in Latitude is a serene townhouse that boasts captivating views of the Gulf of Mexico from its deck, located within the Gulf Pointe II Association. Dockage is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and is conveniently situated near the unit. There is also a community pool nearby equipped with a heater/chiller, to keep the water comfortable all year around! The home provides ample space for parking, accommodating either two cars or one car and a boat trailer beneath it. NEWLY ADDED POOL CHILLER WILL MAINTAIN A COMFORTABLE 88 DEGREES DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.

In the vicinity of the home, you'll find two public beaches and one state park. Coco Plum is a mere 6-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach can be reached within 15 minutes, and Curry Hammock State Park is just an 8-minute drive from the home.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.
Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
â Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
â American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

The host was very accomadating, we had a couple of minor issues that were th]aken care of quickly. The pool was nice. Our only minor complaint was the amount of stairs, a bit inconveniant for a 74 year old fat guy.
Very nice condo with great water views. Suitable for families with lovely grounds and swimming pool. Must be able to handle stairs. Great decks for enjoying the fresh air with your morning coffee. .
This property was amazing! Inside- everything was clean, updated furnishings were great, had all the essentials and non-essentials you could hope for, even critter keepers for the kiddos hunting for lizards! Fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Friendly next door neighbor who lives there full time. The location- AMAZING. Gulfpointe II was beautiful- the proximity to the ocean, breathtaking views, the docks (just steps from the condo) were amazing to sit on and fish or just look at all the fish swimming by, and to watch the gorgeous sunsets. We were happy just hanging out on the docks- we saw nurse sharks, a manatee, lobsters, crabs, the most beautiful octopus, stonefish, sting rays, barracudas, parrot fish and so much more! And the fish were biting like crazy if fishing is your thing! It was the absolute best vacation ever for our family who just loves taking in nature like that! This was our 4th trip to the keys- first in Marathon, and now we'd never stay anywhere else. The proximity to everything else in the keys was awesome too. Amazing vacation. I give it 10 out of 5 stars. We will be back!
This property was perfect for our vacation. Comfortable furniture in a well laid out plan. Clean, lots of wash clothes and towels and well stocked with toiletries. I would highly recommend this location with the beauty of the view and the central location in the keys. Great all around.
