Welcome to your private tropical paradise in the Florida Keys. Located on two spacious lots, Dolphin Oasis offers exceptional privacy, lush tropical grounds, and plenty of room for your group to relax, explore, and enjoy island living.

This beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is designed for outdoor living, entertaining, and ultimate relaxation. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with the option to accommodate 2 additional guests using aero beds or rented rollaway beds. Rollaway beds are available for $150 each per week.

Enjoy a heated pool and hot tub, two tiki huts, a gas fire pit, sandy lounge areas, outdoor games, kayaks, and a private dock with approximately 90 feet of usable space. The dock includes freshwater wash-down, electric, and a fish-cleaning station, making this home ideal for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving adventures.

Boaters will love the quick access to the ocean and nearby Sombrero Reef, home to North America’s only living coral barrier reef. Please note that during extreme tides, including King tides, some homes may experience limited dock access at low tide and may only be accessible during high tide.

Inside, the main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living space with French doors leading to the upstairs deck. This level also includes a game/TV room, one bedroom with a pyramid bunk, a full bath, and a half bath.

The top floor offers a private master suite with an ensuite bath, desk, TV, balcony, and laundry area. Additional bedrooms include one queen bedroom, one room with two twin beds, and one room with a single twin bed, along with a hall bath.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.

Linens and bath towels are always included.

This property is dog-friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third-party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. Max weight 60lbs

- This property is dog-friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
