As you step through the front entryway of this home, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads you through the first floor. On your right, the Queen bedroom awaits, complete with an ensuite bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower for your convenience.
Just a bit further down the hall, you'll find the entrance to the garage, stocked with an impressive array of guest amenities. These include 2 paddleboards, 2 single kayaks, 4 bicycles for a relaxing ride, beach chairs, fishing rods, and beach loungers, perfect for days spent soaking up the sun. Additionally, there are 2 inflatable double kayaks for group adventures on the water.
Across from the garage, the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator, and a sink/toilet for added convenience when out by the pool.
At the center of the hallway is a stairway leading up to the main living areas. At the end of the hall, a door opens up to the patio, pool deck, and dock area—offering a seamless transition to the outdoor oasis where you can enjoy the water and sunshine.
Outdoor Oasis:
The exterior of this beautiful home is designed for relaxation and outdoor activities, blending comfort with access to the natural surroundings. At the center of the outdoor space is a private, sparkling pool surrounded by a spacious deck, perfect for sunbathing or cooling off after a day of adventure.
Beyond the pool area, the dock extends over the canal, offering a picturesque spot for fishing, boating, or simply enjoying the water views. The dock is equipped with both water and power, making it convenient for boating needs and cleaning up after a day on the water. A dedicated fish-cleaning table sits along the dock, offering a practical and easy-to-use space to prep your fresh catch.
For water enthusiasts, the home features an easy-access kayak/paddleboard launch, allowing you to glide directly into the canal for peaceful paddles or exploration. Surrounded by lush landscaping, this outdoor area feels like a private oasis, where relaxation and adventure come together in harmony.
2nd Level of the Home (Main Level):
On the second level, which serves as the main floor of the home, you'll find two bedrooms and an inviting open-concept living area. At the top of the stairs and down the hall is the first bedroom, designed with a fun and functional double bunk bed setup: one bunk is a twin over full-mattress, and the other is a twin over twin. Right across the hall is a full bathroom, conveniently located for easy access from the bunk room or shared spaces.
At the end of the hallway, the expansive primary bedroom awaits, offering a serene retreat with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy and comfort.
On the opposite end of the hallway, the space opens up into a bright and airy living room, dining area, and kitchen, all seamlessly connected for an open-concept feel. The living room, filled with natural light, features double sliding doors that lead out to the balcony. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxation or dining, with plenty of seating and a table set for meals overlooking the pool deck and serene open waters below. Whether indoors or outdoors, the space invites you to soak in the beautiful views.

Adam 5/5 Stars "My wife said this was a house out of "home and garden tv." Inside and outside of the house is beautiful. Its perfect for boaters that rent or bring their own to the dock. The pool didnt need heat in November, was perfect temp all the time. It has pool lights that come on with the porch lights off at night. We used the Keurig extensively, relocated from the washer/drier room. We would love to come back a year from now when all the new home construction in the neighborhood is finished. Every morning we watched the lobster boats pass by around 7am with coffee on the back deck. Its about an hr from Key West which we took advantage of. We probably spent most of the time in the pool or snorkeling around the dock. Bicycles, kayaks, and fishing poles are ready to go in the garage as well. A couple small issues were resolved within an hr of notice and Coco Plum did a great job staying on top of anything we needed." November 2024 Airbnb

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, great view of the ocean from the rear balcony, and easy access to the ocean by boat. We brought our 37ft center console and it fit at the dock but kind of tight between the piles of the old boat lift. We would definitely stay here again next year!

Excellent location
The house was the super clean and fully stocked. The bedrooms are huge and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. Lots of space to hang out outside. Great view from the balcony to watch the boats come and go.

Even Better than I imagined
My husband and I stayed for a week and it was pure heven. The view watching the boats go by was just amazing. We lounged in the pool and took naps in the hammock. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. No stone left un turned setting this place up. Really great job Coco Plum Manahement.

Great location and great home
This home was as advertised and everything was in new condition. There were lots of amenities like fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, balls, board games, fishing, rods, and supplies, traps bikes, and more. We rent a boat from a place within walking distance of the house and had a great time exploring the island on that. Highly recommended.
