The villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms that make dreams come true. The comfortable living room is equipped with a piano, fireplace and flat screen TV and leads directly to the terrace and fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room. The first floor also offers an office, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. The entire living space is equipped with wifi, air conditioning and heating. The elegant staircase leads you to the upper floor, where the other 5 bedrooms are located, each of them is equipped with quality furniture and a TV. The master suite even has its own dressing room, a bathroom with a bathtub and has direct access to a sunny terrace. The spacious property offers a great green lawn with shaded areas, a barbecue and a bar. It is very private and in just a few minutes walk, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Elviria.
