Walking distance to the beach, the harbour of Puerto Banus and nice restaurants. Having lunch or drinks on the nice balcony overlooking the beautiful garden was also great. My friend and I had a great time in the apartment. Nice big, clean apartment with a good terrace. We enjoyed the big pool and the nice garden. The area is very quiet, but very well located. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbour of Banus and the nice boulevard of San Pedro. We didn't need the rental car. We will return!

Excellent property, modern and great location with pool and good security. Banus Rentals were very responsive throughout and we really appreciated the help in showing us around the property when picking up the keys (we appreciated the 'can do' attitude). Overall the apartment was very clean, but we did find that the sofa had not been cleaned between the cushions and there was plenty of bits and crumbs. However, this is an easy remedy and I would not hesitate to recommend the property.
