This vacation rental accommodation offers two bedrooms: one of them with double bed, the other with two single beds with capacity for up to 4 people. The living room is the perfect space to relax and enjoy an evening of movies, and the fully equipped open kitchen. It has two bathrooms and centralized air conditioning.



It also has wifi and parking space. The terrace is spacious, ideal for breakfast or dinner all together, and enjoys a beautiful sea view.

If you wish, it is also possible to request a crib and high chair, if you are traveling with small children.



The Cable Beach, the biggest in Marbella city, is just 2 minutes walking distance (you only have to cross the street), as well as the fishing port of La Bajadilla, where you can find the best restaurants in town to eat fresh fish and seafood. Nearby you have all the services you may need.

In addition, within walking distance are the IVF Clinic and the Quiron Private Hospital, so this accommodation is also practical for those who need to be close to these two structures. Swimming pool available in season (01/07/2025 - 31/08/2025).

The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August.

The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool.



The accommodation offers a parking space, located on the -2 floor of the same building. Access is by remote control. The parking space is suitable for cars of category cars.
