This large three bedroom apartment is just 50 metres from the beach in San Pedro de Alcantara, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and close to town. This apartment is located in the secure gated complex of La Rada and overlooks the communal pool and garden. There is free WIFI, 55" Smart TV, secure parking and hot and cold vented aircon throughout.



There is a large entrance hall to this property and to your right you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs and a utility room. Along the hallway is a spacious lounge & dining area with a dining table and six dining chairs, two large sofas a coffee table and a TV. Leading off the lounge is the master bedroom furnished with a king sized bed and dressing area with fitted wardrobes. This room benefits from a large en-suite bathroom with a double sink unit, a bath and separate walk in shower. There is also access to the terrace from this room. The second guest room has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and benefits from an en suite bathroom with a bath along with a shower attachment. This room also has access to the terrace. The third guest bedroom also has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and benefits from an en suite shower room.



There is a large terrace, accessed from the lounge, which wraps around the side of the apartment and has view of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a further dining area for 6 people and a lounge seating area, which has glass curtains, so can be closed up on a cooler day.

Superb apartment, badly let down by mean spirited owners ! No water on arrival at 2200 hrs2 part toilet rolls for 3 toilets ( unbelievable), minimum shower gel sachets , pathetic soapNo welcome pack - no milk coffee etc until shop next morning One set of keys between 2 adults , god knows how 6 people get on Finally a bizarre key collection, 20 miles away from property, absolute bonkers

The property was not clean when my sister arrived, there were not enough towels which were both rectified.We had ongoing issues with the plumbing and A/C which were tried to be resolved and some were.the property is very tired including things like the ironing board, some of the loo cleaners and it could do with an overall upgrade in places.However we loved the apartment in terms of the location, terraces and it is basically well equipped especially when we got the sun loungers delivered quickly.

Wonderful property

We loved this apartment. This apartment is huge with stunning views of the sea and the pool. It was well equipped and very spacious. The pool always had plenty of sun beds and was well maintained. The best bit is the location. On top of the beach, half hour walk on the promenade to Puerto Banus and a 15 min walk into San Pedro town. Would stay here again.
