Immaculate four bedroom townhouse set in middle of Marbella’s fabulous Golden Mile on sandy Casablanca Beach in the superb gated beach side community of Marbellamar. This lovely townhouse has been reformed by the current owners to provide stunning, spacious and superbly well-appointed accommodation over three floors and is just a few meters from one of the undoubtedly one of the best beaches on the coast and set in the heart of Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile.

Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Bella is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.

Here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood. To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the trendy port and charming old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants A few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club and a little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banús, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on.

Casa Bella is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

The property has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and updating and the accommodation provided is elegant and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is congenial and elegant with French doors that lead to a private west facing terrace with a comfortable seating area and outdoor dining table and chairs. The terrace can be covered if shade is required. Also on the ground floor is the smallest bedroom with a single bed that rolls out into a double if required and a bath with shower over which also serves as a guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area which is east facing and therefore perfect for a sunny breakfast. There is even a sea view from the kitchen!

On the first floor is a huge master bedroom with separate dressing area and well-appointed walk-in shower room. French doors lead from the Master Bedroom onto a Juliette balcony with sea views. Two other large and well decorated twin/double bedrooms on this floor share a family shower-room.

On the upper level is an enormous (100 m2) partially covered roof terrace with panoramic views to the mountains, gardens and sea; it has a gas BBQ and is perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set and rise.

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Bella have use of the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months only) and paddle and tennis courts. Casa Bella is within five hundred meters of thee of the best restaurants on the coast, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities, there are over thirty restaurants within a ten minute walk of the front door.

We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.

For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

Lovely spacious townhouse for Marbella beach stay

The Finest Rentals at Marbellamar staff really worked hard to make sure we could get into the house easily and had any issues addressed. I appreciated being able to communicate with them via messages on VRBO, email, and via text once we were traveling. When our time for check-in got extended with our driving through Gibraltar, they sent us videos of each step of our check-in including finding the key, and working with the parking barriers for the area. Once we arrived, we found they had left us bread, ham, cheese and basic food needs! It was so welcome with our two always-hungry boys and after driving all day. The Casa Bella was spacious and convenient for our needs while in Marbella. The four of us enjoyed the four bedrooms, baths and the two terraces on three levels. It could accommodate up to seven people, but anyone else would be on couches. We had a peek-a-boo view of the sea and the mountains from the top floor terrace and it is an easy walk down to the promenade and beach, about ten townhouses further to the end of the road. I would stay here again. Thank you.

A great villa. 3 level villa that comfortably fit seven people. The roof top BBQ and terrace was amazing. The hosts were easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic property in an ideal location

Wonderful week with friends. Short walk to beach with friendly bar and sun bed service. Property had amazing roof terrace with fantastic views plus additional terrace to ground floor,ideal for breakfast. Apartment clean and spacious with professional attentive communication with Emily. Communal pool in complex clean & private. The only comment about the pool is the times open for use. A morning swim would have been the icing on the cake. Would love to return for future holidays.

Immaculate villa within walking distance to everything. Great customer service!

We travelled with 3 adults and 3 young children (under 3) and we arrived late in the evening. We were met by Emily who was in communication with us from the time we landed and had turned the a/c on (lovely) and showed us around. The villa was immaculately clean and a welcome pack was provided. We really didnt need to take anything with us. Childrens gates, high chair, booster seats and travel cot, and lots of toys for pool and beach were available. There were plently of towels for bath and beach. Emily even provided electronic mosquito devices, which were a very nice gesture. The downstairs living area was open plan and lovely decorated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean with hairdryers in all 3. Outdoor area downstairs was small and overlooked, but had plently of seating and was nice to sit out in in the morning for breakfast nonetheless. The roof terrace was private, large and a lovely area to have our evening meals or drinks. There was a little more of a view of the mountains. The roof had sun chairs and lounge chairs for some peaceful reading/sunning. The only downside to the villa was the marble stair cases, which although looked lovely were a little steep for my young children, but manageable. The villa was a 3 minute walk to the beach which at the end of September we had to ourselves. There were plently of umbrellas and chairs to hire. The pool was just next to the beach and was clean and there were toilets/shower facilities available (again we had it to ourselves). There were no chairs available in the pool complex. Large Supermarkets were about a 5 minute walk across from the complex. Bars, restaurants, coffee/evening hang outs were all within easy walking distance along the beach promenade (about a 10-15minute easy walk). Marbella old town about 30-40minute easy walk. The urbanisation was very quiet and felt safe at all times. The nice thing was that it is far away from the hustle, but close enough to still be able to walk everywhere or get a taxi (we never took a taxi as we enjoyed walking). My husband plays golf and there were plently of options at all price ranges all within <1 hour drive. From the initial contact, all communication with Stephen, Karen and Emily was quick, informative and responsive. Anything we needed was quickly organised. Emily or her network can also provide babysitting (which was a welcome bonus). We really had a lovely time at the villa and would definitely recommend
