Casa Del Sol is a stunning, newly reformed three-storey townhouse in a small community called Marbellamar, which is on the best beach in Marbella in one of the most exclusive areas in the whole of Europe, Marbella's famous Golden Mile.



Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa

Del Sol is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.



Just 100 meters from sandy Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Del Sol east to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on..



There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap.



For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa del Sol have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa del Sol is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.



Casa Del Sol sleeps up to ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. The property has just been refurbished by the new owners and it has everything you need; modern bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces.



Guests can enjoy the entirety of the three beautifully decorated floors in Casa del Sol, including the standalone upper-level apartment. This new addition to the property (as of May 2022) provides a sleek modern lounge area, kitchenette, dining area and terrace with large sliding doors which open up fully to allow the sea breeze to flow through.



On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with single bed that rolls out to a double, a bathroom with walk-in shower, well equipped modern kitchen , comfortable lounge with ample seating and a large TV and separate elegant dining area. Outside there is a large sunny terrace with plenty of comfortable seating, sun shades to cover the whole area, outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with super king sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobes. There are two twin bedded double rooms and a family shower room.



Then there is the upper floor apartment area with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, a lounge and dining area with sofa, armchair and TV (this floor has it’s own WiFi access), making the property perfect for two families to use comfortably. The convertible dining area can be fully opened to the terrace, allowing four to relax either indoors or in the open air, depending on your mood. Outside is a lovely small terrace with excellent sea views.



We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.



The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.



For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.



One of our team members will personally check you in and out and remain available nearby if you need anything. Otherwise, we’ll respect your privacy so you can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Perfection!

Property was just amazing. Stayed with 5 of my friends for 7 nights and it was just perfect. Immaculately clean and everything you needed and more. Just recently refurbished and we’re blown away with everything. Absolute luxury! Lovely welcome basket left with everything we needed to start us off. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Happy holyday with whole family

We had a wonderful week in this Finestrentals apartment in Marbella. Five bedrooms in tree floors gave perfect privacy for all three generations. Big openkoncept livingarea gave room for gettogether.

Nice house close to the beach

Me and 6 friends stayed three nights in this house, and we all had a great time. A bit of a bummer the pool was closed due to heavy rains the previous (!) weekend, but the beach was so close it didn’t really matter that much. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and they allowed us to check out late. All in all a very pleasant experience, and I can highly recommend this place to families or groups looking for a relaxing stay not too far from Marbella

Fantastic house, service and location!

We booked as a group of 8 guys wanting a long weekend, and this house was just perfect in every way! The booking/communication levels with finest rentals (Emily) and the meet and greet (Jana) were excellent, and the welcome pack of food/drink a lovely added and unexpected bonus! The house was great for us, perfect size, lovely little courtyard garden, games room was fantastic, cleanliness second to none, we had no complaints whatsoever. The location also perfect, the walk into marbella along the golden mile beach was great, and two supermarkets were within 5 minutes walk. Overall, this was a great place for us to book and it ticked all the boxes for a long weekend with friends, we would highly recommend!

Fun in the Sun

Family holiday wrapped around my nephew's wedding - fantastic week, lovely accommodation with every gadget you could want! Very clean and comfortable and only a few yards from the beach. Lovely, clean shared pool a few yards away which was brilliant for us, having 2 small children in the party, we didn't want a pool on site.

Amazing Property - Even Better Than the Photos

We really liked this amazing house and can't wait to go back next year. Its beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and clean and has everything we needed, the lounge is elegant and cosy and the terrace is fabulous; very sunny, private and great for eating out with the BBQ thoughtfully provided. Upstairs are three large double bedrooms rooms, and on the top floor is a small bedroom and a really nice terrace with sea views and an amazing games room with a pool table and a second TV to keep the kids happy. There is fast internet and hundreds of TV channels including sports and TV catch up as well as a movie library. Marbellamar where the house is located is lovely, a quiet community with swimming pool and tennis courts but so near the sandy beach its a one minute walk to the beach! There is lots going on on the beach with bars, restaurants and activities and there are dozens of restaurants and bars as well as a big supermarket all within a five minute walk and walking along the Paseo to Marbella town and port was just fabulous. The hosts are really friendly and helpful; we were greeted by Emily who is an absolute treasure and she even put some complimentary groceries in the house for us so we had something when we arrived quite late at night. We had one of the best family holidays ever and can really recommend Casa del Sol - we can't wait to go back.
