Just meters from the beautiful, sandy Casablanca Beach and set in the heart of Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile, Casa Julieta is a wonderful five-bedroom townhouse offering elegant accommodation for up to nine guests.



Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Julieta is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.



This exquisitely renovated townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors, offering spacious, beautifully appointed living areas that balance comfort with understated luxury. The lounge and open-plan kitchen open through French doors onto a private terrace, featuring a cozy seating area, alfresco dining table, and BBQ. The terrace can be fully shaded, creating a versatile space for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a Nespresso coffee machine, combining functionality with elegance.



The ground floor also houses a charming bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, conveniently serving as a guest powder room. On the first floor, the grand master suite features a separate dressing area and en-suite shower, complemented by two additional spacious bedrooms—each with twin beds—that share a stylish family bathroom with shower.



The upper level offers a further king-size guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom, alongside a second living area with a kitchenette. From here, a roof terrace provides breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and sea, complete with an alfresco dining area perfect for sunset meals.



Casa Julieta enjoys a prime location on Marbella’s Paseo Marítimo. Guests can easily stroll to the port, the charming old town with its traditional bars and restaurants, or westward to the iconic Marbella Club and the fashionable Puente Romano Hotel and Spa. Puerto Banús, with its luxury boutiques, superyachts, and vibrant nightlife, is just a short drive away.



No car is required: a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within a five to ten-minute walk. For those seeking active pursuits, Marbella offers a wealth of options, including water sports, sailing, parasailing, kite surfing, dolphin safaris, horse riding, and world-class golf. Casa Julieta guests also enjoy access to the private community swimming pool (seasonal), as well as tennis and padel courts.



We provide fast, complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100 Mbps and unlimited downloads. Guests can enjoy over one thousand international TV channels, including English, Swedish, French, and Russian programming, with BT Sports, Sky Sports, and Sky Movies included, as well as a vast selection of free movies and box sets.



The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.



For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

Close to everything

Loved the location and amenities. Great living space, wonderful back yard for socializing. Pool was lovely and steps from the sea where we spent the most of our time!
