Hotel and room were nice and clean. Staff was exceptional. However, it’s worth noting classic rooms face a very busy main road and you can hear faint traffic noise in the room, making the balcony unusable unless you don’t mind the traffic. We also tried to emailed the hotel about parking 4 times beforehand but they did not response to any of the emails. Luckily it turned out there’s free parking on all the streets near the hotel.

Disgusting! ANTS everywhere in our room couldn’t shift them everyday there was more! Maid didn’t clean sheets the whole week! Or clean the floor our feet was continuously dirty from the floor! Food - all breakfast eggs were watery could make you ill! lukewarm bacon sausages more! Staff - Rude

For the high prices, it’s an okay hotel. The rooms are decent, depending where your room is, you will have to walk a long distance to get to it from the elevator since they only have one. The gym wasn’t great, the breakfast buffet food was not good, the staff was not attentive, felt like an average hotel.

I reserved and paid for the best room and upon check in the hotel staff at the check in counter thought it’d be funny to downgrade me to the worst room with the worst view, the cheapest room when I paid for the most expensive room. I asked for a king bed and had to sleep on a single bed (it was 2 single beds put side by side and they call it a double bed). After multiple complaints the manager finally switched me to the room I originally paid for. I wasn’t compensated for the price difference let alone had anything made up for it. I didn’t receive any perks that come with the room I paid for except for one free drink ticket, absolute garbage treatment. The hotel description says it’s newly renovated and it’s not new at all. It’s in a poor state in many areas and the hallways are very narrow when you’re trying to move your luggage. I wasn’t offered any help with my belongings in check in and they didn’t do much to help me park the Porsche I rented even when I was tipping every one of them. I’ve posted some pictures to show you how “new” it is. This is on top of the noise you’d have to deal with from drunk guests late at night as the rooms are not sound proof, a lot of noise creeps in from the doors, and the rooms are very small with respect to what you pay for. It was my first time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel and I would never stay at another one again. I do not recommend it, you’re best off spending your money else where if you want that peace of mind. Cheers!

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The pools are fun and they gave us free beds for the day. The cocktails were great and the prices weren't too bad. We only had breakfast but it was good with lots of variety. Check in was a bit manic and it took a while to get out room but they gave us a place to change and we chilled by the pool whilst we waited so it was all fine. The room was very nice, well decorated and very quiet.
