In a quiet location on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Marbella, the spacious villa “Beach Side Ville Marbella '' impresses guests with its beautiful outdoor area and its excellent location not far from the beach. The 350m2 holiday home consists of 2 living rooms (with sofa beds), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms (4 with double beds, one with a double bed and a single bed), as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 16 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, air conditioning and cable television. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available upon request. The absolute highlight of the “Beach Side Ville Marbella” is its 1100m2 outdoor area. Here you will find a nice porch with a covered terrace, a lush garden full of plants and trees, a generous pool where you can cool off on warm summer days, various sitting areas, sunbeds and even a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals. There is also an area on the porch with gym equipment where guests can exercise. You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Marbella, which can be reached after 5 minutes driving (2.2km away), while the closest beach, Playa del Cable, is just a 6-minute drive away (2.2km). We also recommend you to take your time to stroll around the centre of Marbella and discover everything it has to offer. The closest airport is in Málaga, and it can be reached after 30 minutes driving (50.6km).

A maximum of 2 small pets are allowed (if you plan to bring a big dog, please request it in advance; an additional charge might apply). To ensure the safety of our guests there is a video surveillance system, smoke and gas detectors and an alarm system.
