If you are looking for an apartment in Marbella to rent for your holiday on the Costa del Sol, this apartment is located right on the beach, in front of the sea, and has incredible views. Spacious and modern, the accommodation is comfortable and ideal for a family or group of friends.
The urbanisation is just 15 minutes walk from the old town and La Alameda, whilst just a few metres separate it from El Cable beach. There is also a communal pool open in summer and other communal areas include a garden and solarium.

EQUIPMENT

The property consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, independent kitchen and terrace. There is air conditioning fitted in the whole apartment and you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi.
