This modern two bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the complex of La Reserva de Marbella, Las Chapas. This complex enjoys many communal pools, gardens and Jacuzzi areas. The beach and local golf courses are approximately a 4km drive away, as well as a small commercial centre with restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The apartment has secure underground parking, hot & cold vented aircon and free WIFI.



This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the third floor, with access by lift and is arranged over two floors. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen. The open plan living space is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a 55" smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The lounge leads directly out on to the open terrace which benefits from a dining table and chairs and a lounge seating area. Take the spiral staircase up to the spacious roof terrace fitted with artificial grass. Here you can enjoy a further lounge seating area. Both terraces offer beautiful views over the communal gardens, pool and mountains.



The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, built in wardrobes, a 43" smart TV and enjoys direct access to the terrace and a full ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, which has a single bed on the top and a double on the bottom, and also has built in wardrobes. This bedroom has use of the full guest bath room, including a bath with a shower attachment and a bidet.
