Not a good experience

I booked two nights through Hotels.com and took trip insurance. I checked in Monday evening around 6 and dropped off my stuff. My grandson was born and had to be taken to Austin for complications. My understanding was if I checked out I'd be refunded for my second night. I checked out at 11:30 PM, never slept there or use any facilities and they would refund my money.

I had a good stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional professionalism of the manager. I encountered a minor issue with my room, but the manager promptly addressed the concern with a calm, attentive approach. The level of customer service was top-notch, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Nice, quiet stay!

The desk manager did not hesitate to fulfill our room request, that was very kind! The beds are comfortable and all amenities are provided. A chair or sectional would have been nice but we just sat on the bed. The quiet location was very much appreciated. Excellent taco truck behind the hotel!

This location gives "Quality Inn" a bad name.

First room assigned to me was a handicap room. Did not request a handicap room. It was dirty and had portable fans blowing in shower area. Dirty bath towel and wash cloth draped over shower chair. New room was assigned. No parking in front of room. Surrounded by construction workers with big trucks with loud motors started up at 6 am sharp. I will not stay at this location again.

There were far too many silverfish for my comfort. We had two rooms and the bugs were in both rooms. The staff was polite and hardworking. The ice maker was not functioning which was a major issue for us. The shower handle didn't work well and the place was run down and in need of maintenance, but the beds were comfortable and I never felt unsafe.
