This beautifully decorated well-appointed beachfront condominium has three bedrooms and two and one half baths. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed and twin beds in the guest bedrooms.
Excellent fishing off the pier, boats of all sizes going through Caxambas Pass, a short walk across your Cape Marco complex to the three miles of Marco Islands white sand crescent beach. Tennis, heated pool, fitness center and social activities in the Club Monterrey social area are included in this upscale condo. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths offer a large living area.
Gated and secure Cape Marco is the perfect lifestyle. Minimum stay of 90 days. Property owner accepts a 3-4 month rental. Guest application fee $100.00
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
