It is surrounded by lush tropical palm trees and beautiful landscaping, making it an ideal location just a short walk from the beach. The prime setting on Marco Island puts you within walking distance of shopping and local restaurants.

During your stay, you can relax in the living room or on the screened lanai while enjoying the scenic water canal view that leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious master suite features access to the lanai, multiple closets, and a master bath with tall cabinetry and a new walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms include a queen-size bed and twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends. Cooks will appreciate the modern kitchen, which offers ample prep space and a beautiful granite island.

The exceptional grounds present numerous recreational opportunities. Ample parking is available throughout the community, and there are elevators inside the building for convenience. Florentine Gardens

Beautiful place inside and out. Condo was roomy and well equipped. Kitchen was amazing. Gorgeous lanai and view. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
