The house was great! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and then come together for meals on the screened in porch. Everyone really enjoyed the pool. The canal was great too! So much wildlife to enjoy. The location was great as well. The host was very responsive and available. We would love to stay at this property again.

The house is great for multiple families/generations. There is something for everyone; the pool, the waterway for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing, bicycles, and plenty of kitchenware if you want to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and just 6 houses from Tigertail Beach parking. Do be prepared; no matter where you stay; once you park in the Tigertail lot it is still quite a walk to the beach, but it is beautiful and easy to do. The owner is always available and went beyond the "call of duty;" especially when I realized I had left something behind. Thanks, Larry, for helping me get my items. We would not hesitate to stay again.

This place was great! I would highly recommend! It was everything we needed for our family 7. Pool, hot tub, fishing poles for fishing in the canal, kayak and paddle boards and bikes! Location was perfect, one block to tiger tail beach parking! We would stay here again!

We are a group of 40 - 50 year old friends who get together every year for a beach getaway. This property was PERFECT for our group. Super clean, well stocked and excellent location. The size of the home was great to give everyone some space and allow those who like to turn in early or rise early to do so with out bothering others. Stairs to and from the pool area could be an issue for some, but we had no problems. Will book again for sure.

Wonderful Stay!

This house is in the perfect location for Marco Island! No houses across the canal (just mangroves) and a very short walk to Tigertail Beach, which is much less crowded than the rest of the beach on Marco Island. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet on a dead end street. It's great for walking and bike riding (there are bikes at the house).Larry was very communicative and helpful. Check-in was simple and easy, and he quickly answered any questions we had. The house was clean and spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, and the kitchen was well stocked. There are also beach towels and chairs, two umbrellas, and coolers to take to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, plus the grill and table and chairs on the deck.We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay and are looking forward to going back to Marco Island!

Perfect house

This house was perfect for our family. Beach time in the morning and pool time in the afternoons. Great with a toddler who still takes naps. Larry’s house has everything you need and he is very attentive to making sure the house is in top shape for your stay.

Christmas vacation 2024

We were very happy with the rental; the place was very nice, and the grandkids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the location; it was a short walk to Tigertail beach and on a very private canal with no houses on the other side. It was furnished nicely and had more than enough dishes, glasses and silverware for a large group. The owner was very nice and even found us a Christmas tree that we could put up. Perfect family vacation!

We are an active family of 9 ranging in age from 3 to 62. This home was the perfect place for us. Spacious , clean, more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner, Larry, was great and communicative. It’s walking distance to Tigertail Beach, which is beautiful and you must see a sunset there.Most of our group walked thru the lagoon which they said was about ankle deep , thigh high for a bit
not a big deal
.esp at low tide. We also took the short drive down to the South Beach and parked in the lot
had no trouble finding a spot. Most afternoons were spent lounging in the heated pool or hot tub, paddle boarding and kayaking (which were provided) in canal right behind the house, where a couple friendly dolphins would pop up to say hello! This was an added bonus. Oh
and I could go on and on about the restaurants! WE WILL BE BACK!

Marco home on canal near tiger tail beach / park

The property owner was very responsive and attentive to any questions or issues. The home is in an amazing location. Walk a few doors down to Tigertail park and beach. The neighborhood is gorgeous. The home pool and hot tub were the hit for our grandsons. The home was stocked with everything we needed. The home is out of date, but that didn’t impact our amazing week.

Family fun

This was a perfect house for our family gathering Well equipped house. Great location beautiful view. Kayaks and paddle boards. And bikes added to the fun. I would definitely recommend this house. Host was always informative and prompt. I would definitely come again.

Florida get away

Ideal location! Beach is within walking distance! Pool and hot tub were nice to have on property as well as the paddle boards. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group! Larry was great!
