The unit could use some work but very clean. As everyone says decor is dated. Easy things to spruce up- get better and MORE indoor towels, a coffee maker from the 2000s, a refrigerator with an ice maker. A dish washer that doesnât keep everyone awake so noisy! TVs bigger than 30 inches! BUT had all we needed. Did like they had beach chairs and umbrella in closet. Great pool area but gets crowded. Beach within walking distance - great walkway sand very compacted so easy to walk. Patio looks over parking lot but then beach. Lots of unnecessary rules - like no garbage before 9 but we had to check out by 10? Not a lot of great restaurants. We had awful service and food at Mangos on the beach. Samiâs OK first time but second visit a disaster. We did delivery from Joeys and only OK.
Great location and view. The condo was very clean although the decor was somewhat outdated. The amenities were great, we especially enjoyed playing pickleball.
It was all as advertised. Excellent property, beautiful sunset and ocean views, walking distance from the beach! Weâll definitely return and will try to stay at the same property.
Only thing to note was that there were not enough towels for a family of four, for a full week. It wasnât a huge issue since we had a laundry on the same floor, but when one of on vacation, you donât want to worry about those details đ.
Overall, though. One of the best vacation rentals Iâve experienced.
