Otel mimari olarak çok şık.mardinin dokusunu yansıtıyor.taş oda olması kaynaklı bazı problemler vardı.özellikle oda tavanından dökülen tozlar odanın bazı alanlarını kullanmaya engel oluyor maalesef.banyo hamam şeklinde ve wc ile aynı alanda.kapısı bulunmadığı için kullanımı biraz zor.2 kişi için oldukça yeterli bir alan.bir miktar yokuşta olduğu için ağır eşya ya da bebek arabası ile çıkmak için zor olabilir,otele dönüşlerde taksi kullandık bu sebeple.erken çıktığımız için kahvaltıyı deneme imkanı bulamadık.personel güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklı,hızlıca destek alabiliyorsunuz.

Şehrin gürültüsünden uzak ama şehre yürüme mesafesinde olan bir hotel. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili, kaldığımız oda temiz ve güzeldi. Kendine ait bi terası olduğu için akşam çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve güzeldi. Biz genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Mardin’e gelmek isteyip tavsiye isteyen herkese öneririm.
