- What is the bedding configuration?
Two bedrooms with queen beds and one with twin single beds. High-quality linen and fresh towels are provided for all guests.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot can be provided upon request for a small fee, and a highchair is available free of charge.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests (one car under carport).
- Where are the bedrooms located?
All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two and a half bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet, while the shared main bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. Hot water is available 24/7.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The property may be suitable, but minimal assistance may be needed as there are a few steps present.

Tents, boats, campers, caravans, swags, and sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Monday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Sunday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in its original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried, and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
