Park View is a near new modern holiday home just steps from town and overlooking the footy oval. Enjoy a 2 level layout complete with a security gate, double garage with remote control and key entry. Spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a comfortable open plan lounge, dining & kitchen with covered alfresco area. A laundry room. The upstairs area features a balcony and sitting area with kitchenette, TV and offers a nice view over the oval.

The space
This spacious and inviting holiday home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With four generously appointed bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a thoughtful open-plan living design, Park View promises to be your home away from home.

Through the entry foyer you will be welcomed into a thoughtfully design, modern two storey home. Downstairs you’ll find the king master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, there is also a bedroom with king single near the entry. There is a laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet in a powder room.

The living, dining and kitchen area is a lovely open plan area at the back of the home, with a glass sliding door out onto the patio area which overlooks the local footy field. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with dishwasher, 900mm wide oven/stove, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Enjoy the extra large and comfortable couch in the main living area with a 65" smart TV.

Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet. At the top of the stairs is a build in desk, perfect for ‘working from home’ while away on holidays or a business trip. There is a second sitting area upstairs with TV and a kitchenette and balcony overlooking the footy oval.
