We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Could do with a bit of updating though. The lounge area was a bit drab and couches very uncomfortable. Shower and bathroom were great and serviced well each day. Location is about 20-25min walk to main center. Or a 12 minute walk to a nice restaurant and pub. The pool and mini golf are a great feature and the pool is kept nice and clean. We would stay again!

We had a double Room it was clean however is very old and old smell, TV constantly is freezing, shower/bath not ideal and requires refurbishing. The bar/restaurant and fire was great, staff very friendly and appears they are refurbishing some of the rooms so will improve, grounds also need some attention.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here for two nights though not sure enough to do on site to stay any longer, and it’s not quite as close to town as I had thought, may be different in the summer when outdoor areas and pool open

Very disappointing as booked as they had an on sire restaurant only to find out on checking in that for various reasons were not available. Considering no cooking facilities available in the room, the only option was to find someone in town to eat. Would have booked somewhere else in town with cooking facilities

Wet weekend!

We were heading to Margaret River to follow our footy team and decided to make a long weekend of it and stay for a couple of nights. The weather was wet and very cold, but the Grande Escape turned out to be an excellent spot to stay. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, comfortable and warm, with very comfy beds. We headed to the restaurant at night and enjoyed a great meal and then sat by the toasty open fire and had a nightcap. The Resort is located about 2 minutes drive out of town and is set amongst beautiful trees and has a lovely pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably repeat it next year.

The only property we have encountered where welcoming and smoothening music was playing on the smart TV when we entered the hotel room. It was almost magical. The room is spacious, clean and generously stocked with many comfortable pillows. Amazing service, easy parking and great well maintained walkable gardens including a giant chess!
