Bright, spacious, newly refurbished family home in Cliftonville, close to Walpole Bay beach and tidal pool. Free parking and a sunny garden with outdoor seating make it perfect for relaxing seaside breaks. Inside, the house spans three floors and the loft, with high ceilings, original wooden floors, stylish furnishings, and unique artwork. The ground floor has a large living room with bay windows and French doors, a Smart TV, and plenty of seating, plus a well-equipped kitchen with range cooker, American fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and wet room. Upstairs are a twin bedroom (with steps to the garden), two single bedrooms, and two double bedrooms (one king-size and one with desk set up) plus a family bathroom.
