Maxls Stubn: Charming vacation apartment with a unique “Räuberhöhle” for children

The Maxls Stubn vacation apartment in Maria Alm offers direct access to the ski slopes and cozy accommodation for up to 7 people on 100 m². The apartment has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.



A special highlight is our third bedroom, which we affectionately call the "Räuberhöhle". This room is particularly suitable for children as it has a low ceiling height due to the sloping roof and is equipped with three comfortable mattresses. Access to the Räuberhöhle is through a hidden door in the living room, which is located behind the couch.



Although the Räuberhöhle can also be used by adults, it does not offer the same level of comfort as the other two bedrooms. However, it is a self-contained room that also offers a special atmosphere for older guests.



The accommodation is located 200 m from the ski slope in the Hochkönig ski area. Nearby you will find numerous cycling and hiking trails, shopping facilities, restaurants, a swimming pool, cross-country ski trails and ski touring opportunities. There is also a bike and ski rental, public transport and a children's ski school nearby.



Parking is available on the property.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not permitted.

A ski depot is available.
